Unfortunately for this clown (kloojn?), his off-the-cuff and brutally honest e-mailing style is better suited to this side of the drink; Euros place a higher value on carefully-considered (often for days) and carefully-edited messages. Whereas Americans e-mail as they speak, Eurpoeans compose e-mails more like formal business correspondence.
