Blawg Review will cure your World Press Freedom Day hangover.

I would've mentioned World Press Freedom Day yesterday, but I was too busy preparing for Star Wars Day. Now that Star Wars Day is mostly in the books, I'd like to highlight this week's World Press Freedom Day-themed Blawg Review #262. Hosted by a legal blogging outsider, Matthew VanVoorhis, at the Public Intellectual site, this edition of the carnival of legal blogging focuses on speech-related issues. Highlights include posts considering the DMCA and legal challenges to free speech, the interplay between information and (stolen/found) objects, and the limitations of anonymous speech online.

Next week's Blawg Review #263 will be hosted on Monday by Victoria Pynchon at the She Negotiates blog.
