Brilliant in Every Sense

Ron Coleman hosts Blawg Review #191 at his Likelihood of Confusion blog. Today is the start of Chanukah, the Jewish Festival of Lights, and Coleman's Review takes its theme from this celebration. As a child my family celebrated Chanukah with my grandmother and, despite her best efforts, I have little understanding of the underlying stories and meanings of the festival. Along with the best legal blogging of the past week, Coleman illuminates the history and significance of Chanukah; this Blawg Review is an education in itself, excellent links aside. (Legal) highlights (no pun intended) of this edition include sorting infringement of IP from simple use, sorting the weak from the strong in tobacco litigation, and sorting legal blogging into numerous "best of" lists at the end of the year. The Anonymous Editor of Blawg Review will handle hosting duties himself next week at the Blawg Review site. Happy Chanukah and Merry Christmas to you all!
