Blawg Review Continues an Upward Trend

The trend at Blawg Review over the past few years has been toward increasing relevance, creativity, and utility in the weekly carnival of legal blogging. With Blawg Review #126 at Anita Campbell's Small Business Trends site, that positive trend continues. Highlights in this edition include a consideration of licensing arrangements and franchising laws, possible down sides to alternative billing arrangements and how these alternate arrangements might make lawyers and their clients worse off, and hiring MBAs to manage the business side of your law firm.
